You will have 5 minutes walking to SGH (Warsaw School of Economics), Metro station or Pola Mokotowskie where you will find bike or rollerblade tracks and most popular pubs.
You need cross only one station of Metro to Politechnika (Technical Univercity of Warsaw).
Shops, restaurants and others facilities are within arm's reach.

The apartment consist of: one living room and 2 small rooms, separate kitchen, bathroom and long balcony. In every room is one sofabed. In living room there is table with chairs and also cabinets. In the other rooms are desk and warderobe. Big balcony gives additional, nice place to rest, learn or work. 13th floor give great view and a big quite.
In the building there is room to keep bicycles and stollers. 

Rental price is 2000 PLN + 600 PLN (administrative fees for 2 persons) and counter charges (electricity and gas - about 100 PLN). Security deposit (2.700 PLN) is required.
Animals are not acceptable.
